Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags still attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Due to Coronavirus the returned item(s) will NOT be inspected immediately upon receipt for the protection and safety of our staff. Item(s) will be sanitized and sit for 7 days before unpacking for inspections. There after you will receive a second email to let you know if the store credit was approved or not. If approved, attached will be a code for price of the RETURNED ITEM(S) ONLY, to apply to your next order.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like undergarments or swim wear or (Items YOU specifically ordered). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item(s). 

Unfortunately, we WILL NOT accept returns on sale items or gift cards purchases.

Exchanges are ONLY ACCEPTED IN STORE & MUST HAVE ALL TAGS STILL ATTACHED TO ITEMS. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item in store or in person within 3 days. Should the item be sold out UDA will offer a STORE CREDIT ONLY! 

UDA does NOT give cash or debit refunds however, you can/will receive a digital code via email (listed on file) for your next order or a in store credit. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the return was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded with a 1 TIME USE code for the AMOUNT OF PURCHASE ONLY INCLUDING TAXES (if applicable) to the email listed on file. Should your return be REJECTED  then your merchandise will be SENT BACK TO YOU  along with a email to inform you WHY your return was rejected. Should you disagree with our decision.
