Due to Coronavirus, we will NOT be excepting any returns on shipped items NO EXCEPTIONS

Items sent back to us WITHOUT FIRST contacting us WILL NOT be accepted & returned to sender. 

For in store purchases. Unfortunately, we WILL NOT accept returns nor exchanges on sale items or gift cards purchases.


Exchanges
Exchanges are ONLY ACCEPTED IN STORE & MUST HAVE ALL ORIGINAL TAGS STILL ATTACHED TO ITEM(S). The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to exchange the item in store within 24 hours of purchase. Should the item be sold out UDA will offer a STORE CREDIT ONLY! No items will be accepted for exchange after 48 hours of purchase. 


Store Credits 
UDA does NOT give cash or debit refunds however, you can/will receive a store credit to use on your next purchase immediately or for later. That credit can be given in digital code via email for a 1 TIME USE IN THE AMOUNT OF PURCHASE INCLUDING TAXES.
