Refunds/Return
UDA does NOT accept returns nor do we give cash or debit refunds!
Unfortunately returns will not be accepted for orders that are lost in transit through the mail system or products that are damaged in transit. It is out of our control as to what happens to merchandise once it leaves our store front. This is an issue that would have to be brought up with USPS by filing a claim https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm.
Product Quality
Should there is an issue with product quality we can replace the item(s) after pictures are sent to us via email
We will NOT refund or remake ANY products from customer error. This includes but not limited to; soaking cups, using the dishwasher to clean products, not following ALL directions on the care card that came with your cup purchase, misuse of any product etc.
Shipping Policy
Shipping is estimated for 1-3 business days depending on our work load and your order. We pack and ship in the order of which we receive the orders. Please note 24-48 hours is our processing time. That means shipping starts AFTER that time if the work load is heavy.
Custom Orders Shipping
For Customized Cups EST (estimated shipping time) is 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS, this does not include weekends or holidays.

We will NOT refund your product OR send new product if you entered the wrong shipping information at checkout and it was sent to the wrong address. You can file a claim with USPS. IF you send an email to
