FAST FLOW ~ Glitter moves fast and settles in less than 1min 

MEDIUM FLOW ~ Glitter moves a little slower pace then fast and will settled in about 5-10 mins

SUSPENDED FLOW ~ Glitter moves slow and settles approximately 2hours-3hours 

SUPER SUSPENDED FLOW ~ Glitter will remain throughout cup for approximately 3hours-6hours (sometimes longer)
